“My goal with The Rhythm Station is to provide high quality music instruction along with inspiration from my own musical journey to help students meet their goals, discover new music, and make the connections to bring them to the next level of their development.

As a lifelong student and appreciator of music, I find it rewarding to engage with each individual wherever they may be musically, whether just starting out, or having played their instrument for years. Every person is unique, and my approach to music instruction reflects that reality.

Introducing the fundamentals of music while engaging with students’ current musical interests is a winning strategy that is rewarding for both student and teacher. I have a strong background in teaching rock, jazz, electronic music, punk, funk, indie, and more. I am happy to help young people prepare for school music programs such as band, orchestra, jazz band, drum corps, and musical productions. I am a skilled performer, session musician, touring musician as well as an educator with more than 20 years teaching experience under my belt.”
